Do you think about me still?

Melinda had been wandering around in the forest for hours, refusing to admit that she was lost. She’d been in Amarar for a day and a half and already she had learned too many things to cope with all at one time, so when everybody’s backs had been turned she’d left the safety of the Palace. It was…

Asher needed some fresh air. He had no idea how long he’d been locked up in the huge yet small Castle. Today wasn’t one of the best days here. His family kept on asking him about Melinda. They now knew that they had talked, once, but not in person. Is she as beautiful now as she was as an infant? What do you think of her? Where shall the wedding be?!
He let out a breath as he kickeda couple of tigs that were in his way as he headed into the deep forest.

Asher hadn’t quiet explored the woods that much. He had been living here his whole life and the only place he’d never really checked out was the Forest. He fiddled with his fingers as he looked up at the tall beautiful trees. The trees were the main thing that made this whole place as beautiful as it is now. He stuffed his cold hands into the pockets of his plaid and worn down shirt. He wasn’t the type to dress like a wizard, he mainly dressed like he was a human. Someone who was born on earth. Casual.

He listened to the sweet silence, breathing in the fresh air, when he heard shuffling of leaves farther into the Forest. He hadn’t excepted someone to be also. He bit down on his lip and squinted, his eyes trying to focus further into the woods. “Someone there?” He walked further into the middle of the Forest and looked around. He spotted a girl leaned against an Oak tree. She seemed lost. “Someone lost?” He said with a smirk, then realized who the girl was. Melinda. It was Melinda. “Wait, are you who I think you are?” He swallowed once, rubbing one hand through his shaggy brown hair. “Melinda?”
